Still Accepting Residential Accounts

We are pleased to offer residential cleanings in the St. George/Hurricane/Springdale areas. Our team is professional and extremely thorough. We are happy to provide many references. We can set up weekly, bi-monthly, or monthly cleanings. We work within your schedule and budget. Usually two staff are sent and on an average size home (1500 -2000 sq ft) we can clean that in 90-120 min. We provide all of the supplies. The charge ranges from $70-$95 for depending on the amount of time. Please give Chantel a call for more details! 435-313-5408.

Nightly Rental Policies

DUST TO DAWN POLICIES (updated 5/2012)

• If a renter stays longer than 29 days in your property, $20.00 will be added to the normal cleaning fee. If the renter is there longer than 60 days then we will then ask to do a bid and adjust the cleaning fee as needed.

• If there is a BACK TO BACK CLEANING on Sunday an extra fee will be applied to the cleaning fee. See schedule below.

$40-$75 cleaning fees…$10.00 will be added to the fee

$100 cleaning fee…$20.00 will be added to the fee

$125 - $150 cleaning fee…$30 will be added the fee

It is up to the owner if the outgoing renter or incoming renter will pay this additional fee or the owner themselves will pay it.

• We will NOT do cleanings on the following holidays. So please adjust renting schedules OR make other arrangements.

New Years Eve
New Years Day

• If we are sent out to your property and are not going to be out in that area for cleanings there will be a $20 trip charge applied to your credit card.

• If the dishwasher is not loaded and started in the unit before the renter leaves an additional $10.00 charge will be added to the cleaning bill. Recommended that the renter pays this additional charge as there is a note posted in every unit asking them to please take care of this on departure.
