Exciting Announcement!!

I am pleased to announce that I have brought. on a Managing Partner for the Vacation Rental Division of Dust to Dawn Cleaning. His name is J.P. DeWitt. He comes to us with over ten years

experience in the Hotel Management Industry. I have personally known J.P.

all of my life as I had the privilege to grow up with him and his family in Page, Arizona. J.P. and his wife, Shelly are going to be involved first hand in anything to do with cleaning and maintaining our vacation rental accounts. I cannot speak highly enough about J.P. and Shelly. I am very excited that they are joining me in this business. We now have a new phone number for our

Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year from Dust to Dawn Cleaning! I just had to post this picture of one of my twins who we found under our tree the other morning. He woke up in the middle of the night and slept there! My five year old twins are very excited! So from my crew and my family Merry Christmas to all of you!

Still Accepting Residential Accounts

We are pleased to offer residential cleanings in the St. George/Hurricane/Springdale areas. Our team is professional and extremely thorough. We are happy to provide many references. We can set up weekly, bi-monthly, or monthly cleanings. We work within your schedule and budget. Usually two staff are sent and on an average size home (1500 -2000 sq ft) we can clean that in 90-120 min. We provide all of the supplies. The charge ranges from $70-$95 for depending on the amount of time. Please give Amy a call for more details! 435-313-5408.

Nightly Rental Policies

DUST TO DAWN POLICIES (updated 5/2011)

• If a renter stays longer than 29 days in your property, $15.00 will be added to the normal cleaning fee. This policy will take effect June 1, 2011. If the renter is there longer than 60 days then we will then ask to do a bid and adjust the cleaning fee as needed.

• If there is a BACK TO BACK CLEANING on Sunday an extra fee will be applied to the cleaning fee. See schedule below.

$40-$75 cleaning fees…$15.00 will be added to the fee
$100 cleaning fee…$25.00 will be added to the fee
$125 - $150 cleaning fee…$30 will be added the fee

It is up to the owner if the outgoing renter or incoming renter will pay this additional fee or the owner themselves will pay it. Nevertheless, effective June 1, 2011 to ALL back to back cleans on Sunday this will apply to each unit that is cleaned.

• We will NOT do cleanings on the following holidays. So please adjust renting schedules OR make other arrangements. (already effective)

Christmas Eve Day
Christmas Day
New Years Eve
New Years Day

• If we are sent out to your property and are not going to be out in that area for cleanings there will be a $20 trip charge applied to your credit card. (already effective)

• If the dishwasher is not loaded and started in the unit before the renter leaves an additional $10.00 charge will be added to the cleaning bill. Recommended that the renter pays this additional charge as there is a note posted in every unit asking them to please take care of this on departure. (already effective)

• I am always happy to shop and re-stock your supplies; however 20% will be added to the total receipt. You are always informed of any purchases in the cleaning report. (already effective)
